Teen Anger Management and Emotional Regulation Services
Helping teens understand anger, manage emotions, and respond to conflict in healthier ways.
Our teen anger management and emotional regulation sessions are designed for parents and guardians who want support for a teen struggling with anger, frustration, impulsive reactions, peer conflict, school conflict, or communication challenges.
These sessions are educational and skill based. They are not therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention.
1 Hour Teen Anger Management Session
Length: 60 minutes
This individual session helps teens learn how anger works, identify personal triggers, and practice healthier ways to respond when emotions feel overwhelming.
Sessions may focus on understanding anger, recognizing warning signs, learning calming strategies, improving communication, building conflict resolution skills, reflecting on choices, and setting personal goals for school, home, and relationships.
Who This Service Is For
This service may be helpful for teens who become angry quickly, struggle to calm down after conflict, argue often with parents, teachers, or peers, need help expressing frustration respectfully, have difficulty accepting correction, or need support with emotional regulation and decision making.
This service may also support teens who want to build stronger communication skills and learn healthier ways to handle stress, frustration, and conflict.
Who This Service Is Not For
This service is not appropriate as the only support for teens who are in crisis, making threats of harm, experiencing severe mental health symptoms, engaging in violent behavior, or needing clinical treatment.
If your teen needs mental health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, medication support, or crisis care, please contact a licensed mental health professional, physician, emergency service, or 911.
